How much debt do I need to qualify?

Our program is built for people with at least $10,000 in unsecured debt, and it tends to be most effective for clients with $30,000 or more. During your free consultation we’ll review your situation and tell you honestly whether settlement makes sense.

Will debt settlement affect my credit?

Yes — it can. Settling a debt for less than the full balance is typically reported to the credit bureaus and can negatively impact your credit score, especially in the short term. For many clients the trade-off is worth it because they’re already missing payments. We’ll always discuss this honestly before you enroll.

Are there any upfront fees?

No. We do not charge any fees before a debt is settled. Fees are charged only after a settlement has been negotiated, you have approved it, and at least one payment has been made under that settlement — consistent with FTC rules for debt relief services.

Is this a loan?

No. Debt settlement is not a loan and we are not a lender. We negotiate with your existing unsecured creditors to reduce what you owe to a lump-sum payoff. You fund a dedicated account in your own name to build the money used for those settlements.

Unsecured debt typically qualifies: credit cards, medical bills, collections, private student loans, some business debt, payday loans, and repossessed-vehicle balances. We do not handle federal student loans, tax debt, or mortgages.
